Disclaimer

To be eligible for financial assistance, applicants must meet the following criteria:
How does it work?
A 4-Step Process
01
Application Submission
Applicants must complete and submit their online application form, providing accurate information about their financial situation and immigration status.
02
Review Process
Once submitted, applications will be reviewed by the EOAI team. This process involves reviewing the information provided and assessing the applicant's eligibility. Please note that it can take up to a month to receive a decision notice.
03
Decision Notification
Applicants will be notified of the decision regarding their financial assistance application via email or phone. If approved, a check will be written to the Department of Homeland Security on behalf of the applicant. This check can ONLY be used for USCIS paper application fees that are submitted by mail.
-
It is important to adhere to this requirement as attempting to use the check for an online application will result in rejection.
04
Submission of USCIS Forms
Upon receiving the check, applicants must mail it along with their completed USCIS forms to USCIS.
