After submitting your application, complete the EOAI DACA Renewal Assistance Application and upload the required documentation.

Pay the Filing Fee
Applicants are responsible for paying the USCIS filing fee at the time of submission

Receive Funding
Approved applicants will receive reimbursement for their filing fee, up to the current USCIS DACA renewal cost.
1) Reside in the United States and be renewing existing DACA status
2) Demonstrate financial need
3) Have already submitted their DACA renewal application to USCIS
4) Provide proof of payment and proof of filing (Form I-797C)

1) Can EOAI submit or pay for my application directly?
No. Applicants must submit and pay for their DACA renewal application directly through USCIS before applying for reimbursement.
2) Does EOAI provide legal advice or application assistance?
No. EOAI does not provide legal representation or immigration advice. We encourage applicants to seek assistance from a qualified immigration attorney or accredited representative if needed.
3) How long does reimbursement take?
Approved applicants can generally expect reimbursement within 2–4 weeks after all required documentation has been received and verified.
4)What expenses are covered?
This program covers the USCIS DACA renewal filing fee only. Attorney fees, preparation fees, and other related expenses are not eligible for reimbursement.
5) Is funding guaranteed?
No. Funding is limited and subject to availability.
